Project: Surf Inspired Clothing Brand
About: I launched the clothing brand Happy in the Brine at the end of 2014. Brine meaning saltwater. I was responsible for all aspects of the brand including: graphic design, all permits, printing, web design, social media, packaging/shipping, and sales for the brand.
Instagram was our biggest driver of sales and allowed me to reach a worldwide market. We had over 5000 followers after the first two years. We made it into retail in the first 8 months while only focusing on direct sales when multiple surf shops reach out to us and requested product through our social media.
The brand has been on pause since moving to Idaho. I am working towards bringing it back in full force asap.
